Interior Designer, Star Der Parseghian boasts many hats, having gotten her start by designing jewelry for her parents' company and going on to develop a large following for her own business. After several years of working in the jewelry industry, she studied animation at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. She earned an animation internship after graduation, outgrowing it after a few months and returning to her parents' jewelry business. Unfortunately, that is when obstacles appeared for Star, draining her of her creative energy for a time. To pull her out of her depression, a friend of hers working in construction suggested she would fit in the field. She had a natural eye for designing - whether it came to a family member's furniture, layouts, and clothes; she gained experience in designing that would further her work.
With a limited support system, Star is what many refer to as a self-made business owner. The first few years after she entered the industry were filled with studying, reading, and researching. She worked for a handful of different companies, soon to realize that she had established a group of repeat clients that would go on to become close friends.
After 14 years of working for other companies, she finally decided to branch off and establish her own business, called Star DP Design House. She has produced a showroom that would provide samples and concepts for many different areas of construction and design. Her services could be considered the quintessential "One Stop Shop" where her client can find anything and everything they need.

Star works on both residential and commercial projects, ranging from different areas. Some of her projects include full house build or remodel, individual room designing, layouts, coffee shops, medical buildings, dental offices, and even schools. She enjoys designing areas for kids, ensuring they are as friendly as possible, while remaining effective. In the near future, Star plans on developing hand establishing her own furniture line, which would include full custom furniture and standard size, with e full custom look. A passionate and enthusiastic design, Star Der Parseghian will treat your project like her own.”
